One thing that makes MSX great is BASIC, the programming language that is accessible for all. To promote MSX-BASIC we are going to post some minis. Small parts of basic code that can be handy for making games or tools.
Most can be found in the many books written about MSX-BASIC, but sometimes it is easier to see a example.
The first will be about how to use mouse input.

In celebration ofBonami computer and game museumopening a new location, Darkstone has donated a wall painting.
Most people will recognise the concept of the game depicted in the artwork, which looks a lot better in real life.
Checking out the wall painting would not be the only reason to visit the museum though, it has 3000m2 of computers,
consoles and arcade cabinets to enjoy!
The Darkstone site has received some minor styling updates, amongst which a new background image and improved legibility. The ‘darkstones’ on the background are based on the Charred photograph by Filip H.F. “FiXato” Slagter. The original is available for licensing.
